Nice stay with a fun rooftop pool
We spent 6 nights in a spacious Deluxe King Room. The rooftop pool was a blast, perfect for relaxing after exploring. Breakfast options were decent – loved the poolside snack bar! One weird thing was having to pay for extra water. Location was a bit out of the way, but we managed just fine.

I had a great time with my friends here! The staff were super friendly, and the rooftop pool was a highlight. We enjoyed exploring Krabi's beautiful nature, doing activities like kayaking and hiking. Breakfast had plenty of choices, which was perfect before our adventures.
One downside was the gym. it felt cramped and was a bit too warm for a good workout.

Loved the spacious Two-Bedroom Suite with its cozy vibe, and the massage from Nina was just what I needed after a long day! The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding. Just a heads up, there was a bit of an old smell in the room, but it didn't spoil our fun. 🏖️

Room cleaning could improve, as we encountered cleanliness issues during our stay. While the location is somewhat isolated, it's valuable for those looking for a quiet retreat. Dining options were limited, which could be a drawback for longer stays.

The room had a mountain view which was not exactly what I expected but it was still nice. The staff was accommodating giving us a late check-out which worked great for our plans.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for what we got it was acceptable.

I appreciated the spacious and beautifully decorated Deluxe King Room, featuring a view that was simply lovely. The entire hotel atmosphere was calm, making it a delightful retreat, especially for those of us who cherish peace and comfort.
More accessible seating in common areas would help.

First off, the location leaves much to be desired. remote and out of the way, it felt more like a logistical challenge just to grab a bite. The 'private shuttle service' that never materialized and reliance on taxis rubbed me the wrong way. Dining options were pretty sparse, and the menu felt cluttered with overpriced Chinese food, making it hard to find something appealing. The ambiance at breakfast was quite chaotic, with some guests making a real racket, and it seemed like hygiene standards needed a serious review. On top of that, I found the pool to be on the murky side with limited loungers. maybe I got unlucky, but the lack of variety in the music playing was just annoying too. not quite the experience I had hoped for.
